Yep, the story of one of the most beloved stories of all time, USS Callister, will continue in the upcoming season.
It's huge news for fans, who last delved into the series with stories like Loch Henry, Mazey Day, Beyond the Sea and Joan is Awful.
Plus, season 6 saw Brooker introduce his Red Mirror label - so have we got more of that to look forward to? Only time will tell.

For now, here's everything we know so far about Black Mirror season 7! Buckle in.
Black Mirror season 7 release date speculation
Black Mirror season 7 will be released sometime in 2025.
We don't have a specific release date just yet, but even the news that the show is on its way is a huge development. Variety previously reported that the show would start production this year.
It's also been confirmed that Brooker, Jessica Rhoades and Annabel Jones will be back as executive producers.
The gap between seasons 5 and season 6 was far longer than usual, lasting for four full years.
There are a number of potential reasons for this break - for one thing, Charlie Brooker and his creative partner Annabel Jones left their production company House of Tomorrow in January 2020, leaving the rights to the show with parent company Endemol Shine Group.
This meant that until a deal was arranged, which evidently one was, no more seasons could be produced.
There was also, of course, the matter of the pandemic, which likely slowed things down further, and then there is Brooker's own appetite for the project himself.
What could the plot of Black Mirror season 7 be?
Of course, we're expecting season 7 to continue Black Mirror's signature anthology style, with one story per episode. While details are thin on the ground, for once we know what's going to go down in one of the episodes.
One episode will be a sequel to the season 4 episode USS Callister, which followed a space mission unlike any other.
A short synopsis for the new episode reads: "USS Callister will return... Robert Daly is dead, but for the crew of the USS Callister, their problems are just beginning."
It's the first time Black Mirror has produced a sequel episode, so all eyes will be on it to see just how it works.
Not much is known about the rest of the season just yet, but we'll update this page as and when new details are released.
Who could be in the cast of Black Mirror season 7?
Casting for season 7 has not yet been confirmed. However, we do now have some clues.
Considering USS Callister will now have a sequel, we'd expect some of the cast from that episode to return to Black Mirror. They could include:
- Cristin Milioti as Nanette Cole
- Jimmi Simpson as James Walton
- Michaela Coel as Shania Lowry
- Billy Magnussen as Valdack
- Milanka Brooks as Elena Tulaska
- Osy Ikhile as Nate Packer
- Paul G Raymond as Kabir Dudani
The synopsis for the new episode confirms the death of Robert Daly, played by Jesse Plemons, so we're not expecting a comeback for him - but that doesn't rule out the use of flashbacks. Also, let's face it, anything could happen in Black Mirror.
For the other episodes, though, it's almost impossible for us to tell who will be in the cast. After the star-studded affair that was season 6, however, we're definitely expecting some big names.
Currently, only a handful of actors have appeared in the series more than once, and they have always played different characters. This list includes Aaron Paul, Hannah John-Kamen, Monica Dolan, Michaela Coel, Daniel Lapaine and Anjana Vasan.
Speaking at a Q&A about returning actors, Brooker explained: "There’s no rule that says that an actor can’t come back to Black Mirror. We have had some - Monica Dolan is in this season as well, who was in Smithereens in season 5.
"Anjana Vasan, who stars in Demon 79 alongside Paapa [Essiedu], she was in Nosedive. Michaela Coel was in twice, she had a small part in Nosedive and USS Callister. So yes, there’s loads of them."

It's unlikely, but of course not impossible, that we will see any of these stars back for season 7. As for who else could appear, the world really is Charlie Brooker, Netflix and the show's casting directors' oyster.
Any number of stars could pitch up for an episode, as seen by season 6's appearances from the likes of Salma Hayek and Josh Hartnett.
How many episodes will be in Black Mirror season 7?
Black Mirror season 7 will consist of six episodes, all focused on a different story.
It's generally what we'd expect from a Black Mirror season - although there have been outliers, with season 5 only consisting of three episodes.
Is there a trailer for Black Mirror season 7?
