I have a candidate account, but I am unable to login. Who can reset my password?
You can! If you are unable to login, please click

and locate the link that says "Forgot Password." You will then be prompted to enter your email address that you used to create your candidate account. After doing so, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password!

I recently received an Interview Request Follow Up email but I can’t find my invite to schedule. How can I schedule my interview?
No worries! Emails sometimes get lost in the shuffle, so we like to stay in touch if we haven’t heard back from you. Please search your email for the subject line “Kohl’s Invitation to Interview” to locate your invite. Still no luck? Please click

I recently interviewed with a store but haven’t heard anything back yet. How do I follow up?
We try to let you know the outcome of your in-person interview within 48 hours. That message is sent via email to the address you used for your candidate account. Be sure to check your spam/junk mail folder first, and if you have been waiting longer than 48 hours to hear from us, please click

None of the interview times work with my schedule. What should I do?
Each location tries to offer as many day and time options as possible to work with different candidate schedules. If the times provided don’t work for you, please send us a message

to let us know.

I can’t make the interview date and time I scheduled online. What should I do?
The amount of times you are allowed to reschedule is limited, so we always encourage you to attend at the day and time you originally selected. If your interview event has not passed, you can use the link within your original invitation email or Please click

to login to your candidate account. Under “My Scheduled Events,” click on the event to reschedule. If your interview has passed, please click

How do I send my completed offer forms to you?
Your offer forms are included as a link within an offer email. To complete them, just click the link, login to your candidate account and fill out the requested information.That’s it! Your form(s) will be electronically submitted to our Kohl’s Talent Acquisition Team. There’s no need to print the forms, bring them to the store or email them as attachments.

I completed my offer forms. How do I know if you received them?
You’ll receive a confirmation email within 48 hours to let you know that everything was submitted and to explain next steps.

I received an error message when I tried to save my offer forms. What’s wrong?
It might be the device you’re using. Try switching to a desktop or laptop device (rather than a phone or tablet) and/or switch browsers. If you continue to have issues, please click

I am choosing to decline my offer. Should I contact the store directly?

I submitted my Kohl’s consent forms and I am eager to start my new position. What is my next step?
You should have received an email notification from our vendor - First Advantage - with details on how to complete the pre-employment check process, including how to take a drug test if required. The email will come from a "@fadv.com" address - be sure to check your inbox as well as your spam/junk folder!

Iaccepted my job offer. When will I be scheduled for my first day?
After completing your offer forms and your background check profile (First Advantage/Profile Advantage) we will begin your pre-employment check process. We appreciate your patience as this can take up to a week, and sometimes longer, to complete. Once your required pre-employment checks have cleared, you’ll receive an email asking you to schedule your orientation session. Much like the interview scheduling email you may have received earlier in the hiring process, you’ll be able to choose a date and time that works for you. Your orientation session is considered your first day of work with Kohl’s! Woo hoo!

I can’t attend the orientation date and time I scheduled online. What should I do?
We ask that new hires make every effort to keep the date and time they chose during the online scheduling process. If you have an emergency situation that prevents you from attending, and you have not yet received the confirmation email with your first day information, you may be able to use your original scheduling link (from your orientation invitation email) to reschedule yourself online or click

to login to your candidate account. Under “My Scheduled Events,” click on the event to reschedule. If you have already received your confirmation email, please click

to send us a message. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that late notice reschedules of orientation will be permitted.

What should I bring to orientation?
-emergency contact information
-bank routing and account number to set up direct deposit of your pay
-documentation for the I-9 verification process (please see the I-9 acceptable documents form attached to your offer letter)

What should I wear?
Here at Kohl's, you are expected to demonstrate good judgment and professional taste when dressing for work. Clothing and footwear should be neat and not excessively worn.

Dress Code Guidelines:

Solid Black Tops
- Solid knit or collarless t-shirts, blouse, sweater or dress shirt
- Solid dress (no shorter than 2" above knee)
Black or Blue Denim, Black or Beige Casual Bottom
- Jeans, capris (no shorter than mid calf), skirts (no shorter than 2" above knee)
Casual or Active Footwear
- Active (athletic/tennis), casual, fashion, or open heel (clogs)

What Kohl's Provides:
- Kohl's branded reuseable face covering, Kohl's lanyard and name badge

Location Specific:
- Associates in the State of New York may choose between the Kohl's branded reusable face covering, a Kohl's provided disposable face covering or an associate provided solid colored face covering.
- Associates in the State of California: Tops of any dark color are permitted (e.g. black, navy blue or dark gray).
